 This 15 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech takes us on journey that starts in Casablanca and heads towards the main sights of Rabat, Volubilis and Meknes, before it stops in Fez at the night of the second day. After that, the next three days will be spent exploring Fez and the interesting spots between Fez and Merzouga Desert. The remaining days will be spent in the desert doing all sorts of fun activities and, visiting the gorges and valleys, discovering Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddo, Exploring Marrakech and visiting Essaouira and Agadir. After that, we return to Marrakech, and then Casablanca.

 Day 1 : Casablanca airport – transfer to your Hotel

In this 15 days from Casablanca to Casablanca tour, Once you arrive at Casablanca, you will be accompanied to the hotel in which we’re going to be staying. After that, we will visit Hassan II Mosque, which is one of the most amazing examples of how beautiful Moroccan architecture is. Hassan II Mosque is considered the largest mosque in the world and its minaret is the tallest in the world with 210 meters. It’s situated on the Casablanca Coast and it has a a wonderful Atlantic Ocean background. The mosque can take 25,000 worshippers. However, the whole building can take up until 105,000 worshippers. After exploring this wonder we will return to the hotel for dinner and the night.

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Fes

Early in the morning, once we eat breakfast, we will leave Casablanca. Our next stop will be Rabat, the Capitol City. In Rabat we will visit the Oudaya Kasbah with its amazingl gardens.  The Kasbah of the Oudayas is situated next to Abou Regreg River. Almohad dynasty built it back in the 12th century. Then we will pay a visit to the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and Hassan II. After that, we visit Hassan Tower; the minaret of an incomplete mosque that was built back in the 12th century. The builders intended it to be the tallest in the world. Upon finishing sightseeing in Rabat, we will wead towards Fez. The road is really fascinating with the huge olive tree lands. The night will be spent in Fez with a very delicious meal before bed at one of the traditional Riads.

Day 3: Fes – Sightseeing tour with a local guide

Right after eating breakfast, our tour in Fez starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, then the Jewish town in Fez (Mellah), which was built during the 16th century. After that tour takes us to viist many other sites that have huge cultural and historical value. Including Al Qaraouine University; this is the oldest university in the world. After that the Leather Tanneries, the Attarine museum and Moulay Idriss Tomb. Right after we eat lunch, we will go to see a wonderful panoramic view of Fez. We will return after that to the riad for the night.

Day 4: Fes – Moulay Idriss – Volubilis – Meknes

On the way to Meknes we will visit the ancient ruins of Volubilis that date back to the 3rd century BC. These ruins were listed as world heritage by the UNESCO back in 1997. After we finish with Volubilis we will head towards Meknes, which was named after an old Berber Tribe. Back in the 17th century Meknes was considered the Capitol City of Morocco during the rein of the king Moulay Ismail. This King built a huge wall surrounding the city from outsiders; he also built a very huge water pool called Sahrij Swani. The city is also known for Lahdim Square which is right in front of Bab Mansour a gate that dates back to the 11th century. Dinner will be served at a local Riad and the night will be spent there.

Day 5: Meknes – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga – night in the hotel

The fifth day will start by leaving Meknes and driving for a long time, and also discovering the many faces of Morocco. Our first stop will be Ifrane, which is a beautiful little city. Its name means caves. Ifrane is dubbed the Switzerland of Morocco due to its high alititude and its architecture. Ifrane is home to Al Akhawayn University, which is an international university with one of the best educational systems. After leaving Ifrane we will stop for lunch at Midelt. From Midelt we can see the Atlas Mountain Jbel Ayachi, the area around is occupied by many Berber tribes. Afterwards we will start to get the Sahara ambience when we start to see many palm trees and when we enter the city of Errachidia and the town Arefoud. The area around is known for fossils and pottery. The area is active economically thanks to the fossils that date back 350 million years ago, when the area was covered by an ocean. We will head after that to the town Rissani, the home of the Alaouit Dynasty, Moulay Ali Cherif started the rein of the Alaouits under his red flag that. Finally you will get the true desert vibe when you start seeing the vast seas of dunes in the horizon, that’s where Merzouga and Erg Chebbi dunes are situated. we will have dinner in Merzouga and we will spend the night.

Day 6: Merzouga – Khamlia – nomad family – Rissani – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes – Sahara Desert Exploration 4×4 & Camel Trek into the sunset

Early in the morning we will wake up to catch the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast will be served once we return from the wonderful sceneries on the back of a camel. A 4×4 car will takes after that to the black volcanic rocks and fossils around in the area; pay a visit to a nomad family who lives in a tent. Then we will visit Khamlia a village where we will enjoy some Gnawa spiritual desert music. Afterwards we’re going to pay a quick visit to the lake Dayte Sarji that only forms during spring. This lake attracts flamingos. Lunch will be served in Rissani, a town that had a very significant role for camel caravans that used to bring goods such as leather for trade. Now days, Rissani still has a reputation as a market (Souk in Arabic). W will pass by some irrigation canals after we stop at the hotel for some comfort, before we pack our luggage for the night in the desert. Right after everyone has finished packing and before sunset to catch the beautiful colors, we will ride the camels towards the camp. After we will get to the camp we will take climb the highest dunes to catch the sunrise and also for sandboarding. Dinner will be served and we will enjoy a night of music and night sky in the middle of the desert

Day 7: Merzouga – Erfoud – Tinjedad – Touroug Tinghir – Todra Gorge

After enjoying the desert to its fullest we will ride the camels back to the hotel, where we will have a breakfast and a shower. Then we will leave the dunes for the gorges. After passing the towns like Jorf, Erfoud and Tinjedad we will stop in Tinghir, Which is a beautiful oasis city, only 20 Km away from Toudra Gorges. The gorges, the narrow alleys and the water stream are an incredible view. We will spend the night in a Kasbah.

Day 8: Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate

From Toudra gorges we leave and we will drive by the road of 1,000 Kasbah. There are Kasbahs everywhere, some are fortified but some are only ruins. Our program has a stop at one of the Kasbahs. Then we will pass by two amazing valleys Dadaes and Roses valleys, situated in high mountains and also a very rich place in terms of agriculture. Rose’s valley gets its name from the huge amounts of roses that this region produces. This region even celebrates the roses by a festival that takes place at the end of April. You can buy all sorts of products that are related to roses in this region.  Ouarzazate is considered the Hollywood of Morocco. The beautiful natural landscapes of the desert plus the old Kasbahs that date back to the 17th century have made this region a very attractive spot for filming historical movies. The movies that were filmed there include: Lawrence of Arabia (1962), The Living Daylights (1987), The Last Temptation of Christ (1988), The Mummy (1999), Gladiator (2000) and Kingdom of Heaven (2005). We will eat dinner and spend the night at one of the local Riads or hotels.

Day 9: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Taroudant

We will leave Ouarzazate for Ait benhaddo once we eat breakfast. Ait Ben Haddo is only 35 Km away from Ouarzazate. It’s a fortified city that was first built in the 11th century. It was once the stop of the caravans that traveled from the Sahara to Marrakech. Now all the inhabitants left the place, they live on the other side across the river, only five families still live within the walls Ait Ben Haddo is considered a world heritage by the UNESCO thanks to the many movies that were filmed there. After we leave this historical site we will visit the “the grandmother of Marrakech” which is Taroudant. Taroudant is market that caravans used to stop at. however during the time when the Saadi Dynasty ruled, this city has known its golden age. You can find many buildings and traditions that mark that era, including the souks. Dinner and night at Taroudant before we leave in the Morning

Day 10: Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira

70 Km away from Taroudant there’s Agadir which is the Capitol of Amazighs. This city is very big, important economically and very modern. There are sandy beaches where you can surf, fancy restaurants where you can dine, and prestigious hotels all over. Agadir is the number one producer of sardines in the entire world. After leaving this very busy city we will drive towards Essaouira, or as the Portuguese used to call it in the 16th century Mogador. Essaouira is a true piece of art, with its white buildings and walls. And most importantly the Artisans and th artist that live in Essaouira. We will eat dinner and spend the night in Essaouira

Day 11: Essaouira – day on your own

The eleventh day is dedicated to you and Essaouira. During this day you can discover all the aspects of Essaouira; the coasts, the art, the old buildings, the history, the Music and everything else. Essaouira is truly a piece of art. There’s a festival that made this city very famous all over the world, which is about Gnawa music. However other genres like Jazz and world music find their place in Essaouira. We will spend the night in a hotel

Day 12: Essaouira – Marrakech

Right after we eat breakfast we depart towards Marrakech in road that is full of Argan trees. Argan tree isn’t found a lot in the world, Morocco is a special country in this regard. That’s why we will visit a cooperative, to see the women extract the oil out of the fruits. The oil is used for cooking and it’s really proven to be good for cosmetics. Upon our arrival at Marrakech, if time allows it, we will visit Jamaa El fna. Night and dinner at the hotel

Day 13: Marrakech, sightseeing tour with a local guide

After eating breakfast, a guide will take us to a tour in one of the most important cities in Morocco the Red City Marrakech. Marrakech is composed of two main parts the traditional old Medina that was built long time ago and Guilise which is the modern part that was built during the French colonization. The souk of Marrakech is the largest in Morocco, which is really fun to visit. And of course Jamaa El fna is one of the busiest squares with all the performers who do stunts, shamans who play with snakes, storytellers… At night it’s completely different with food replacing performers. We will visit also Koutoubia Mosque built in the 12th century. We will walk by the narrow allies of the old Medina. and we will also visit the Seven Saints, who played a huge role during the rein of the Sultan Moulay Ismail. We will eat dinner and spend the night at one of the traditional Riads.

Day 14: Marrakech – day on your own

This day is also dedicated to Marrakech touring. Our services will make sure that every single significant sight will be visited, along with shopping in the Souks and also exploring the other parts of the old Medina. We will go to the Riad for spending the night.

Day 15: Marrakech – transfer to Casablanca Med V airport

After we eat breakfast, the 15 days from Casablanca to Casablanca tour will end. You will be transferred to Casablanca as we thank you for taking our services.
